The breakfast was FABULOUS, and the staff were LOVELY people. I even saw them go above and beyond when they found my lost item and returned it immediately after check-out. It felt good knowing they actually care about their guests.

I had a decent stay at Flag West M. The location is fantastic. right near shopping and public transport. The room was well designed, spacious, and clean. I appreciated the blackout shades—they really helped with sleep. The downstairs lounge area was cozy, perfect for relaxing before heading out. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. However, the air conditioning was a hassle. It barely worked and kept turning off. My room often felt stuffy at night, making it hard to sleep well. I also wish the kitchen amenities had more cooking options. Just a fridge and a dishwasher was a bit disappointing. The heavy doors were tough to manage, especially for families with strollers. Lastly, the housekeeping could improve. some items weren't restocked. Still, I enjoyed my time here and can see potential with a few tweaks.
